Flat rate of $50 if you are located within the Greater Toronto Area.
If you are located further, please contact us for a shipping quote as the price may vary. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping will take between 5-7 business days. All shipping times are approximate.
*Please note that our lead time for custom furniture is 4-6 weeks, once your payment has been confirmed. Our lead times are not guaranteed and can vary based on volumes.
We offer a delivery service for your pre-owned furniture for $50 each trip. Fee may vary depending on quantity and size of furniture. Our lead time for furniture refinishing, once your payment has been confirmed, is 4-6 weeks. Note that our lead times are not guaranteed and can vary based on volumes.
If you would like to pick up your order instead, please wait to receive an email from us to confirm pick up date and times. Present invoice upon pickup.
Returns + Exchanges
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, House of Ansley will gladly authorize an exchange or provide an online credit once we receive the items back. Please note exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your online order. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than product defects. If that is the case, please contact us via email.
We do not provide refunds. All sale items, custom furniture and furniture refinishing charges are considered final sale.
To exchange an item(s):
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and drop us a note stating: your name, your order number, and the reason for your exchange request.
- Mail the item back to us or email us to coordinate drop off times to the address below:

House of Ansley is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or dropped off at the wrong address. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us but we will cover the cost to ship out the replacement items.
