Shipping + Delivery

Furniture delivery is $50 if you are located within the Greater Toronto Area. If you are located further, please contact us for a shipping quote as the price may vary. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. All shipping times are approximate.

Ready Made Furniture
Shipping will take between 5-7 business days.

Custom Furniture
Our lead time for custom furniture, once your payment has been confirmed, is 4-6 weeks. Note that our lead times are not guaranteed and can vary based on volumes.

Furniture Refinishing
We offer a delivery service for your pre-owned furniture for $50 each trip. Fee may vary depending on quantity and size of furniture. Our lead time for furniture refinishing, once your payment has been confirmed, is 4-6 weeks. Note that our lead times are not guaranteed and can vary based on volumes.

If you would like to pick up your order instead, please wait to receive an email from us to confirm pick up date and times. Present invoice upon pickup. 

 

Returns + Exchanges

House of Ansley will accept product in its original condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email or invoice, within 14 days from the ship date. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than product defects. If that is the case, please contact us via emailAll sale items, custom furniture and furniture refinishing fees are considered final sale. 

To return or exchange an item(s):

  1. Please email us at info@houseofansley.com and drop us a note stating: your name, your order number, and why you are returning the item.
  2. Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of your invoice, to:

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. House of Ansley is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in your refund amount. We'll email you to let you know the refund has been processed on our end; it may take a couple days to show up on your end depending on how quickly your bank processes it.
