Home Goods - $12 flat rate within Canada
Furniture - Within the Greater Toronto Area for a flat rate of $25
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping will take between 5-7 business days. All shipping times are approximate.
FREE PICK UP
If you would like to pick up your order, please wait to receive an email from us to confirm pick up date and times. Please present invoice upon pickup.
Returns + Exchanges
House of Ansley will accept product in its original condition for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sale confirmation email or invoice, within 14 days from the ship date. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defects. If that is the case, please contact us via email. All sale and discounted items are considered final sale. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
To return or exchange an item(s):
- Please email us at email@example.com and drop us a note stating: your name, your order number, and why you are returning the item.
- Mail the item back to us, along with a copy of your invoice, to:

All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. House of Ansley is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address. Please note there will be a fee for returns sent to the wrong address, which will be reflected in your refund amount. We'll email you to let you know the refund has been processed on our end; it may take a couple days to show up on your end depending on how quickly your bank processes it.
